MANAGEMENT TEAM

Yann Magnan

Yann is the Chief Executive Officer of 73 Strings.  Yann has more than 25 years of experience in the Corporate Finance/Financial Advisory industry and working in and with the Alternative Investment Funds industry at the global level. At 73Strings, he is responsible for defining strategic initiatives for the business, as well as overseeing key engagements, relationships and operations. Yann currently splits most of his time between Paris and London.

Yann started his career with EY where he was Partner and head of Western Europe for the valuation and business modelling practice. He then joined Duff & Phelps/Kroll, opening and developping the Paris, France office and being later appointed member of the Global Operating Committee and leader for operations of EMEA region.

Yann has been speaker at several leading industry forums on various financial advisory topics. He is also chairman of the IVSC Europe board.

Yann holds an MSc in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris in France.

Abhishek Pandey

Abhishek is the Deputy CEO at 73 Strings and is based in Toronto. He is responsible for driving strategy to infuse technology in financial advisory solutions.

He started his career with Deloitte and later joined Duff & Phelps as part of the founding leadership team in India and led several strategic initiatives in Asia and multiple geographic expansions. At Duff & Phelps, he has led several verticals– Valuation, Corporate Finance and Restructuring.

Abhishek has been speaker at several leading industry forums on various financial advisory topics.

By qualification Abhishek holds an MBA degree from INSEAD (France), and a Master’s degree in IT from International Institute of Information Technology. He is also a CEIV holder.

Sambeet Parija

Sambeet is the CPO at 73 Strings and is based in Bengaluru. He spearheads the ideation and development of the company’s products.

He started his career with Duff & Phelps as part of the valuation team in India and has led several strategic projects across different sectors. He brings a unique blend of financial expertise and profound understanding of software products, complemented by an extensive knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Sambeet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from IIT Dhanbad in India.

Vinod Vijapur

Vinod is the Chief Technology Officer at 73 Strings. He is responsible for driving technology strategy, implementing innovative products, overseeing the infrastructure and liaising with customers for integration needs.Vinod has 18+ years of experience with firms like Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland and HDFC bank.  Over the years he has spearheaded technology delivery and lead digital transformation initiatives while implementing novel technology solutions.

Vinod holds a Master's degree in Technology from International Institute of Information Technology (IsquareIT) and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He also has a patent in Blockchain technology

Jazmin Hogan

Jazmin is Head of Alternative Assets Solutions - North America at 73 Strings and is based in New York. She is leading our expansion in the region and is responsible for client management, sales and business development. She also advises the product team.

Jazmin began her career with Blackstone in New York and London, and later joined Apollo and Kohlberg. She has 15 years of experience in asset valuation, performance analytics and reporting, with a primary focus on private equity, real estate, and infrastructure funds. She has led strategic transformations related to middle office processes and technology in each of her previous roles.

Jazmin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from New York University.

Alain Kinsch

Starting 2021 Alain's focus is on supporting companies as Independent Director. Alain serves on the Board of Directors of several international and national quoted and unquoted companies and is working for and investing in the Private Equity industry. Alain is the Vice-President of the Luxembourg State Council and serves on committees of several professional bodies of the Luxembourg Financial Centre.
Alain was the Country Managing Partner of EY Luxembourg between 2009 and 2020, growing the Firm from Eur 100 million/700 professionals to an Eur 263 million/1.600 professionals practice. Alain was as well the EY Private Equity fund leader for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa) during that period and a member of the European regional leadership team. Between 2004 and 2012, he was the founder and leader of the EY Luxembourg Private Equity practice counting today over 400 professionals. Alain also created the Chinese Desk in Luxembourg and led the service to several key Chinese accounts for EY in Europe. From 1995 to 2002, Alain was an auditor at Arthur Andersen in Luxembourg.
During his 25 years working with EY and Arthur Andersen, Alain served a portfolio of Private Equity and Banking clients as a signing audit partner and engagement partner on advisory mandates.
Alain is a member of the High Committee of the Financial Sector (HCPF) and chairs of its Alternative Investment Fund Working Group. He is a member of the Investment Fund Manager Committee of the Luxembourg financial services regulator (CSSF). Alain is the co-chairman of the ALFI Private Equity Committee and a member of the ALFI Strategic Board. He is the co-founder and former Vice-President of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).
Alain is the Consul General a.h. of the Republic of the Philippines to Luxembourg and the Vice-President of SOS Villages d'Enfants Monde in Luxembourg. Alain is a former member of the Board of Governors of the University of Luxembourg.
Alain holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau) and an MsC in Business from the University of Paris-Dauphine. Alain qualified as a CPA (Réviseur d'Entreprises) and Registered Accountant (Expert Comptable) in Luxembourg in 1998 and holds a Degree in domestic and international tax law.
Alain is a native of Luxembourg and speaks fluently English, German, French and Luxembourgish.

Christian Mouillon

Christian Mouillon has an expertise in financial advisory services and has proven leadership skills across various industries and countries.


A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, Christian joined the audit and consulting firm EY  in 1978, where he spent his entire career. He held a number of strategic positions between Paris, London and New York, and has been a partner since 1990. He served as global Vice Chairman from 2004 to 2015 and was responsible for the insurance, advisory and risk and management practices. He was also a member of the Global executive Board at EY during the same time period. 


Christian is also Chairman of the ESCP Foundation and a corporate director. He holds a master’s degree in Management from the Grande Ecole of ESCP Business School.

Eamon O'Dwyer

2+ decades founding and scaling Fintechs. The companies served marquee name Bank and Telco clients for our enterprise SaaS offerings across 4 continents. We also sold over 500k SME SaaS subscriptions across a 10 year period. In 2016 and 2017 we completed three PE backed trade sale exits. I now spend 3 days a week working with executive teams in Scale-ups, Investment Funds, VC & PE, and Alternative Finance debt / wholesale funding.My motivation is to work as many exciting and committed teams as possible, on as many world changing exciting product journeys as possible.Areas of regular focus include investment vetting, portfolio company operating support, business strategy, direct and indirect enterprise distribution strategy and scaling, competition strategy, pricing strategy & implementation, evaluation of prospective executive team hires, and scale-up org structure scaling.

François Riahi

François provides strategic guidance on product development and product-market fit focused on the banking sector.

François began his career at the French Ministry of Finance, where he was Inspector of Finance and then Head of Budget Policy. In 2007, he served as Advisor to the French President, focusing on state financial reform and public finances. François then joined Groupe BPCE where he became Deputy CEO in charge of strategy. In 2012, he became CEO of Natixis Wholesale Banking Asia Pacific. In 2016, François joined Natixis' Executive Committee as co-head of global corporate banking. He then became a member of the Management Board of BPCE, in charge of finance, strategy and general secretariat. In 2018, François was appointed CEO of Natixis. Since November 2020, François has been the CEO of LOV Group (Financière LOV), a global company focused on audiovisual production (Banijay / Endemol Shine), online games (BetClic) and luxury hotels (Lov Hotels collection), with a presence in 30 countries. 

François holds an MSc from Ecole Centrale Paris and IEP Paris. He graduated from Stanford’s Executive Program and is a former student of ENA (Nelson Mandela Class).

Gerry Creagh

Gerry Creagh provides strategic advice and assists 73Strings’ management in connection with valuation product development, global market growth and marketing initiatives. He brings more than 30 years of executive and global leadership experience in building and operating Financial Advisory practices. He ran PwC's Valuation Services practice in North America and subsequently transitioned the practice to Standard & Poor’s, where he executed a global expansion into real estate, litigation, tax, portfolio valuation and solvency opinions.


In 2005, Gerry led a leveraged buyout from Standard & Poor’s for Duff & Phelps. As President of Duff & Phelps, he expanded the operation into investment banking and concentrated sector expertise areas. He retired as President and a Board Member from Duff & Phelps in 2010. At that time, Duff & Phelps had grown to $400 million in revenue and 1200 professionals throughout the world.

Jean Châtillon

Jean Châtillon is currently heading Rothschild & Co - Five Arrows Managing Director. He invests in purpose-driven European SMEs contributing to solving environmental issues with a sector focus on energy, food & agro & sustainable cities. He specializes in Growth & Buyout investments and manages a €3m-€30m equity ticket.

Prior to this, Jean joined Silverfleet in 2014 from Cobalt Capital, a French mid-market buyout fund where he spent seven years, latterly as a Partner. He was a seasonned buyout investor in European midcap companies (EV €75m - €300m) at Silverfleet, passionate about entrepreneurship and building trustful relationships with management teams with a committment to build better businesses (strategy, operational improvement, HR, ESG).

Jean joined Cobalt Capital as Director from the transaction services team of Ernst & Young in Paris. Jean graduated from HEC School of Management with a Masters degree in Economics.

Jeffrey Gelfand

Since his retirement from Centerbridge in 2018, Gelfand has offered selective, strategic consulting for alternative investment firms and investment management focused FinTechs. Some of his areas of focus include: change management, launch advisory, organization chart health, process and technology blueprinting, insource versus outsource decisioning, CFO coaching and finance organization mentoring, and compensation benchmarking. Gelfand joined Centerbridge at its inception in 2006 and oversaw the firm's accounting, tax, operations, investor services and technology functions. Prior to Centerbridge, he was the CFO of Silver Point Capital, AOL Time Warner's investment company and Evercore. He began his career at Ernst & Young LLP. Gelfand received a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1988 and qualified in 1992 as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Kleon Phili 

Kleon is a key member of the firm’s leadership team and assists in its overall strategy, market positioning and global growth.

Kleon has extensive US and international business management and client service experience. He has managed multiple service lines within the financial advisory consulting sector and has led global expansions of several financial advisory businesses, including the launch of successful greenfield operations in Europe and Asia. He has advised and worked with company boards, executive leadership teams, private equity firms, listed companies and partnerships, and has extensive strategic planning, operating, budgeting and M&A experience. Some of his key leadership experiences at Duff & Phelps were he was Executive Vice President, Financial Advisory Global Segment Leader & Executive Committee Member with overall Management and P&L responsibility of the $300 million + revenue unit.

He grew the Financial Advisory segment at Duff & Phelps both organically via recruiting and mentoring high calibre Managing Directors, and inorganically by driving new acquisitions for the segments. For Duff & Phelps, he launched the firm's International operations in four cities in Europe—London, Paris, Munich and Amsterdam—and three cities in Asia—Tokyo, Beijing and Shanghai. During his tenure at Alvarez & Marshal, he launched and led the firm’s’ valuation practice in Europe. At Standard & Poor’s, his primary focus was on creating an international presence for the practice; and at PwC, he was a key account Partner for Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment (TICE) industry segment clients.

Lauren Laslovits

Lauren and her father, Jose Sinai, are the co-founders of Investran, the Private Equity industry’s leading platform for fund administration and investor reporting. Investran was sold to Sungard (now part of FIS) in December 2004. Lauren continued to provide leadership to the Investran business within the Sungard organization through 2015 in her role as Chief Operating Officer. Investran is used by the leading ‘brand name’ private equity fund managers, their institutional investors and world’s top third-party fund administrators. Prior to Investran, Lauren and her father were co-founders of TM1 along with its creator Manny Perez. Through several M&A transactions, TM1 is now part of IBM and is the technology that powers IBM’s Planning Analytics solution with thousands of customers and users around the globe. TM1 was Investran’s first reporting and analytics solution. It was through a TM1 project for a leading institutional private equity investor that Investran was conceived.Lauren is an entrepreneur and senior executive with over 20 years of experience delivering results. She has a track record of creating and building products, services, and companies. Her strengths include strategic thinking, leadership, execution, effective communication, driving business growth.

Maryline Kulawik

Maryline provides strategic advice and guidance for product development related to the asset management, private equity, and venture capital spaces. She is currently Managing Partner at Spice Capital LLP, a London- based asset management firm.


Maryline started her career in investment banking at BNP Paribas (M&A and VC deals in telecommunications). She then worked as an investment manager at the venture capital firm Galileo Partners. In 2003, she co-founded Elaia Partners, one of the largest French early-stage VCs, which today manages over €400M and invests in prominent French startups such as Criteo, an adtech firm listed on the Nasdaq.


Maryline is an active advisor for several start-ups and a board member of mid-cap companies such as REP (chemicals) and EUCELIA group (shipyard services). She is also an independent board member of Arvella (ESG-focused asset management firm). 


Maryline holds an MSc from HEC Paris, with a major in Entrepreneurship.

Rama Cont

Rama is a scientific and technical advisor at 73Strings. He began his career as a researcher at Ecole Polytechnique before joining Columbia University in New York as an associate professor in 2007.

In 2010, he became Director of Research at the CNRS before becoming Professor of Mathematics at Imperial College (London). In 2018 he was named Professor at Oxford University, where he currently serves as the Chair of Mathematical Finance and Senior Research Fellow of the Institute for New Economic Thinking.

Rama is a globally recognized expert on financial risk modeling, with more than 50 publications on this subject. He received the Grand Prix Louis Bachelier of the French Academy of Sciences in 2010 for his work on financial risk modeling, and the Royal Society Award in 2017 for excellence in interdisciplinary research for his work on systemic risk modeling.

Alongside his academic career, Rama has substantial experience in consulting in the financial sector, with major international financial institutions and stock exchanges. He has been a scientific advisor to Norges Bank and the International Monetary Fund and has led consulting missions for DTCC, Intercontinental Exchange, BMF-Bovespa, ACPR and the European Central Bank. 

Rama is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Paris Saclay University.
